We are pleased to offer A.S.P.I.R.E. Spring Training Program, beginning April 7.

Here are your April 2021 Series selections:

WEDNESDAY 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm - Coach Lani’s Off-ice Conditioning Begins 4/7/21
Coach Lani’s Off-Ice Conditioning
A virtual off-ice workout class which focuses on strengthening, stretching, and stability through conditioning and modern dance techniques.

SATURDAYS 12:45 pm to 1:45 pm - Yoga for Athletes Series 4/10, 4/17, & 4/24
Cultivating mind/body journey of awareness through strength and mobility based practice. Allowing the experience of one breath, one movement and one moment to be continuous on and off the mat.

SUNDAYS 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm - Fitness for Freestyle Series 4/11, 4/18, & 4/25

This class will teach skaters how to properly warm up and cool down off the ice in addition to learning exercises to improve core strength, flexibility, conditioning, and ankle strength. Exercises are skating specific and are taken from US Figure Skating camps and the S.T.A.R.S. (Standardized Testing of Athleticism to Recognize Skaters) program. Skaters should wear athletic shoes (no slip ons) and bring a yoga mat or towel to do stretching on the ground.

4. Select the member for the signup
